where is your store located?
drop by the store! we'd love to see you. our address is 4603 w lovers lane, dallas, tx 75209.
what is your return policy?
we accept unworn, unwashed, unused items with the tags attached in their original condition for store credit in the form of an e-gift card if they are postmarked back to us within 7 days from delivery. this means that your return must be mailed to us within 7 days of being delivered to you.
if picking up in store, please pick up and return your items if necessary within 7 days of placing your order.
any items marked final sale are not eligible for return. price adjusted items, sale/discounted items, jewelry, handbags, belts, swimwear, beauty products, accessories and personalized items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
when will my order ship?
thanks for shopping with us! orders are processed monday through friday and typically ship within 1 business day. orders placed before 12pm cst will typically ship same day, with orders placed after that shipping the following business day (mon-fri). if you have questions or concerns about your order arriving to you by a certain date, please email us at info@clovergirlsdallas.com! we are happy to assist or recommend the right shipping speed.
i want something but it's sold out! what can i do?
email us at info@clovergirlsdallas.com! we can let you know if the item gets returned to us, or if we are able to restock.
do you offer price matching?
yes, we can price match! there are a few rules, though. the same exact item (down to the color and size available) has to be available in brand new condition for a lower price on a legitimate competitor's website for us to be able to price match. we will determine the legitimacy of the website. send us your request via email at info@clovergirlsdallas.com with the link to the item and we can go from there! if you accept the adjustment, you are also accepting that the item will become final sale. if you'd rather have the option to return for store credit, you are more than welcome to decline the adjustment.
i bought something, and now it's at a different price! can i get an adjustment?
darn! sometimes this does happen. unfortunately, we do not offer any adjustments on previous purchases.
i have a question about how an item fits, can y'all help?
we try our best to add our tips to each product's description, but if you need some extra advice, please reach out! text or call us at 214-984-8053.
do y'all offer gift wrapping?
yes! please reply to your order confirmation if you'd like anything in your order complimentary gift wrapped.
can i get something monogrammed?
at this time, we only offer monogramming on purchases made in store. we'll shout it from the rooftops when we have the ability to open our monograms up to online orders! it's in the works!
