when you can expect your order to ship

thanks for shopping with us! orders are processed monday through friday and typically ship within 1 business day. orders placed before 12pm cst will typically ship same day, with orders placed after that shipping the following business day (mon-fri). if you have questions or concerns about your order arriving to you by a certain date, please email us at info@clovergirlsdallas.com or call us at 214-984-8053! we are happy to assist or recommend the right shipping speed.

shipping options

we offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • texas ups ground shipping, $12, (delivery within 1-3 business days, between 9am and 8pm)
  • out of state ups ground shipping, $15, (delivery within 2-5 business days, between 9am and 8pm)
  • ups standard 2-day air, $25, (2 business days, delivery between 4:30pm and 8pm. orders placed before 12:00pm cst will go out same day)
  • ups standard next day air, $45, (1 business day, delivery between 3pm and 8pm. orders placed before 12:00pm cst will go out same day)

we do not offer saturday delivery, so please keep that in mind when planning your purchases!

for local dallas area residents:
- in store pickup, free. (your order will be ready during normal business hours, usually within 24 hours. you will receive an email confirmation with instructions when it is ready.)

rates for each option will become available during your checkout.

we currently do not offer international shipping.

*please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. orders placed after 12:00pm CST on friday will process and ship the following monday.

all shipping fees are nonrefundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order.

once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information so you can follow its journey!

canceling or changing your order

once your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately to make any changes to your order. once it has been fulfilled, it cannot be changed and will need to processed as a return if eligible.
