Online Return Policy:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused items with the tags attached in their original condition may be returned for a store credit within 7 days of delivery.
All Returns/Exchanges made after 8 business days will not be accepted.
Swim, Accessories, Jewelry, and Sale Styles are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
In Store Return Policy:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused items with the tags attached in their original condition may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returns made between 8–14 business days of purchase are eligible for store credit or exchange.
All Returns/Exchanges made after 14 business days will not be accepted.
Swim, Accessories, Jewelry, Embroidered Items and Sale Styles are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
In-store Approvals must be returned within 24 hours of receipt. Out-of-state Approvals must notify Clover within 48 hours of receiving their order regarding which items worked. All items purchased on approval are final sale and cannot be returned.
Custom embroidery is complimentary with any full priced item from Clover, Cabana, or Canary. Embroidery will be completed within 14 business days of purchase date. Need it sooner? Ask about our monogram rush fees!
