our return policy
we accept unworn, unwashed, unused items with the tags attached in their original condition for store credit in the form of an e-gift card if they are postmarked back to us within 7 days from delivery. this means that you must send your return back to us within 7 days of the package being delivered to you.
if picking up in store, please pick up and return your items if necessary within 7 days of placing your order. pick up orders are considered online and will adhere to this return policy.
any items marked final sale are not eligible for return. price adjusted items, sale/discounted items, jewelry, handbags, belts, swimwear, beauty products, accessories and personalized items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
how to initiate a return
to start a return request, please log in to your customer account by clicking on the profile icon on the navigation bar in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
1. log in to your account:
- in the "email" field, enter your email address and click "continue".
- in your email account, please open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
2. click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. if your order has more than one item, then please select the items that you want to return.
4. select a return reason and if applicable, please add a note for our staff.
5. click "submit request".
if your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
once a return request has been received, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label within 1 business day.
please be sure to mail your return back within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for return. if you are placing an order for in-store pickup, this policy applies regardless of when it is picked up, so please plan accordingly!
you must request a return authorization before sending your item back. only send returns using the pre-paid return label emailed to you so we have the ability to track the return. we cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels. if you are local to dallas, you are welcome to return your item to our store.
price adjusted items, sale/discounted items, jewelry, handbags, belts, swimwear, beauty products, accessories and personalized items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned.
when you will receive your store credit
once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our office. your return will be in the form of store credit, delivered as an e-gift card via email.
free returns policy
yes! once you initiate your return outlined in the process above, you will receive a prepaid return label within 1 business day of your request. please mail your return back to us within 7 days of delivery. this policy includes one free return label. if you change your mind on an item from your order after you submit and mail a return, please contact us at info@clovergirlsdallas.com or 214-984-8053 and we can discuss next steps. shipping charges will not be credited - shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we cannot fulfill your order.
exchange policy
we will do our best to exchange something for you if we have it in stock and available! please reach out to us at info@clovergirlsdallas.com or 214-984-8053 if you'd like to begin an exchange. exchanges are eligible within our same 7 day policy.
damaged/defective items
each item that leaves us is inspected by our team and packaged to ensure that they stay in perfect condition on their way to you, so we hope this never happens! if for some reason you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@clovergirlsdallas.com with a photo of the damage, or description of the wrong item you received, along with your order number. we will make sure to take care of you! we just ask that you do so within our 7 day policy to insure a quick reconciliation.
gift returns
